Returns

**Please read** Due to Covid-19 we cannot accept returns or exchanges at the moment only store credit. Due to the virus staying on surfaces. We can only issue store credit. When the spread of Covid-19 slows we will continue to our regular refund policy. If you have already received tracking info you can not cancel your order being it has already been shipped. 

 
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and item has not been returned to us by then, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. We can only offer store credit.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We must have the item within 7 days of the purchase. shipping cost will be handled by the customer.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 8 days after deliver (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit email will be processed in the amount of the mechandise.

Late or missing store credits (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a credit yet, first check your email again.

Sale items are FINAL SALE!
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be credited. We only issue a refund if the fault is on our end.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
